I’m Miguel Guerra Guerrero, a Colombian percussionist based in Barcelona.
I started playing at the age of 7 with my father, Jairo Guerra, and my uncle Dalmiro Guerra. My passion for percussion is a way of living and interpreting life.
In my percussion courses in Barcelona you will learn, through games, exercises and practical tools, to develop your own musical language and your own way of playing percussion.
We will work on technique, sound, control, coordination, rhythms and different formats of Afro-Latin drums and percussion, exploring the character and possibilities of each instrument.
The lessons are for people who want to start playing percussion as well as musicians looking to improve their technique, expand their resources and find their own way of playing.
